If your package arrives with any major damage,please reach out to us within 48 hours at email@example.com. Make sure to include a picture of both the plant and the package it arrived in. Please note, no returns,refunds, or credits will be offered if the pictures are not provided
If you received the incorrect item, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Please make sure to include a picture of the item you received. Upon review, a replacement item may be resent to you at our cost or we may provide a label for the item to be returned . Please note, the item must be sent back in original packaging and in it's original state in order for a refund, exchange or replacement to take place.
